Her journey to the podium started with years as a rider, exploring different spin studios throughout Denver. Teaching since 2021, she found her way to High Ride, immediately captivated by its warm, welcoming community + electric energy. Her first class at High Ride was transformative—challenging, connective + unlike anything else.

Sam’s classes are a blend of intentionality + fun, designed to challenge you while honoring what your body needs in the moment. With her lively energy, she creates a space where everyone feels welcomed, uplifted + celebrated.
