But we also know that achieving your fitness goals requires more than just determination in the studio—it requires smart, personalized nutrition strategies that align with your exercise routines and goals. That’s where Radiate Nutrition comes in.

Introducing Radiate Nutrition

Radiate Nutrition is a comprehensive nutrition coaching program designed to help individuals like you transform your relationship with food and your body. Led by registered dietitian Taylor Wesely, Radiate Nutrition offers tailored guidance that aligns with your unique lifestyle, fitness goals, and dietary preferences. Not only that, but Taylor’s approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, meaning every recommendation is backed by science.

What sets Radiate Nutrition apart is its focus on sustainable, long-term results. Instead of quick fixes or restrictive diets, Taylor emphasizes balanced nutrition that supports both your immediate fitness goals and your overall health. Whether you’re looking to improve your athletic performance, lose weight, or simply eat healthier, Radiate Nutrition provides the tools and support you need to make lasting changes.

The Details of Our Partnership with Radiate Nutrition

At High Ride, our mission has always been to help our riders thrive in every sense of the word. By partnering with Radiate Nutrition, we’re taking that mission to the next level. Every High Ride member deserves to have access to the resources and tools they need to optimize their wellness journey to the max. 

So, what does this partnership mean for you? Here’s what you can expect:

You’ll Get Great Discounts: High Ride members can access exclusive discounts on Radiate Nutrition’s coaching packages. These include $100 off a comprehensive 12-week Nutritional Transformation Program as well as $50 off a 4-session package.

You’ll Have a Simple Schedule: If you decide to work with Taylor and her team at Radiate Nutrition, you should expect it all to start with a 60-minute comprehensive assessment, followed by 7 45-minute follow-up appointments. The first ~4 sessions are weekly, followed by biweekly application follow-ups.

Your Personalized Plan Will Follow Radiate Nutrition’s Four Step Protocol:

  1. Nourish: Taylor and her team always like to start from the ground up when developing a personalized wellness plan—and that means getting a good feel of your goals, current metabolism, and health. Once they have an idea of your current situation and goals, they’ll start developing a personalized plan for you, including detailed meal guidance, mineral testing, macronutrient breakdowns, lab values, recipe ideas, and personalized supplement support.

  2. Move: Next, they will move into exercise and sports-specific support. This is where they’ll explore your workout routine—whether it’s all cycling classes or a mixture of several different fitness methods–and provide personalized suggestions on how to better reach your goals and support your body through your workouts.

  3. Rest: You can’t reap the benefits of your workout if you aren’t well rested or managing your stress properly. Taylor and her team at Radiate Nutrition take the time to discuss your sleep, rest, and stress-relief habits with you to see if there are any areas that need improvement.

  4. Balance: This is the step where every prong of Radiate Nutrition’s personalized plan for you falls into place. Taylor will be available to support you through your journey and will provide ongoing advice and adjustments to your plan as needed so you can continue to progress toward your goals.
