THE WORKOUT
On Stryde, we teach the same classes we do in-studio, a high-intensity, rhythm-based cycling class. We incorporate different movements with each class to isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups for a full body workout.
THE BIKE
The developers of Stryde spent 17+ months perfecting every aspect of the bike, a machine that truly rivals any premium at-home bike on the market. It is small and compact and can fit in just about any room of your home, but is sturdy enough to handle intense choreography.
