At High Ride Cycle, we’re more than a fitness studio, we’re a movement. You’ll find more than just stationary bikes + weights; you’ll discover a community fueled by passion, perseverance + the relentless pursuit of a healthier, happier life.
THE WORKOUT
Elevate your fitness routine with 45-minute high-intensity spin classes suitable for all levels. We call it a "dance party on a bike" for good reason. We ride to the beat of the music + incorporate different movements to isolate + strengthen various muscle groups, providing a full-body workout.
THE VIBES
We become better versions of ourselves every time we step into the cycling studio. We inhale the positivity + exhale the bullshit. We are a community of dreamers, believers + go-getters. The music is what moves us to sprint faster, climb harder + dig deeper. We are obsessed with the process, addicted to the temporary pain + extremely proud of the results.
